Dear Charles Burrows
I am writing to you to say thank you as you
made the ultimate sacrifice of giving your life so I can live mine. You died in
battle only nineteen years old in the 1st world war. I cannot imagine what your
family and loved ones went through losing you at such a young age, the pain you
must have gone though.
Know that you will you always be a hero to me
and everyone else we are proud of you and forever grateful for a soldier who
lived in Skegness. May your soul be never forgotten.
